All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Our standard order processing time is 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, if tracking is available. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, shipping carrier, and any delays outside of our control. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are only estimates and are not guaranteed.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Adena Glow is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Shipping fees, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order. Any taxes, duties, or additional delivery charges required by your location are the responsibility of the customer.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Adena Glow is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, customs, transportation issues, or other events beyond our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, building office, or delivery location. You may also contact us and we will try our best to help.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
